A young entrepreneur with a degree in Restaurant & Bar Management was the regional winner of the JTG 16 competition in the bar category, thus securing a place among the top 6 young bartenders in the country.
RUI MEDEIROS
Bartender
Trained in Restaurant & Bar Management, he has represented the Azores on several occasions and even participated in a competition in London.
A bartender with immense skill and professionalism.
NUNO CARVALHO
Bartender
In 2017, he succeeded Miguel by becoming the regional winner of the JTG 17 competition.
Trained in the field and curious by nature, Nuno, despite his youth, has an impressive resume and beard.
DIOGO DA COSTA
Bartender
She smiles easily, but possesses an enormous capacity for resilience and professionalism. "Giving up" is a word she doesn't know, and for that reason she achieved 3rd place in the 2018 Monin Cup.

We don't just serve drinks; our bartenders prepare and create high-quality cocktails with great enthusiasm, always striving to use products and drinks from the Azores, while also considering other products and drinks available on the market. Our bamboo glasses will also play an important and distinctive role and will certainly be a valuable asset for everyone.
