MEET THE MAN BEHIND THE CUPS
Born in the Azores on the island of São Miguel in 1993. He graduated in Restaurant-Bar Catering Technician, won the (Jovem Talento Da Gastonomia (Young Talent of Gastronomy) Contest in the Bartender category in 2016 in the Regional Stage and Finalist in the National Stage. He has already worked as a bartender and waiter at Restaurante Anfiteatro and Santa Bárbara Eco-Beach Resort. He created his own business Bambu Lêvedo when he decided to join two of his passions (design and bar).
Through his knowledge and experience Miguel seeks to contribute in order to improve the quality of aspiring bartenders to raise the quality of bars mainly in the region where he lives, the Azore
